Indeed. A driver whose held their license for 12 months can jump to GNE/SCNE and bag pay rise along the way. Interesting Arriva persist with this model, does this benefit company, drivers or both I wonder?
I half thought they might have aligned with GNE/SCNE at the last pay negotiations.
