The quicker we can get rid of these two, the better, as they really don't offer anything positive lately. Just strikes, poor fleets, price increases and generally crap service across the board.
But with the newer NECA day tickets and £2 single fares, does individual pricing really matter?

Also, very interesting that GNE mention the Cobalt & Coast ticket also being valid on the 41/41A.
Could this be a sign that GNE are going to withdraw the 307 from Hadrian Park in the future either for quicker journey times, or to ramp up Cobalt to Newcastle with a 10 minute service and the 307 going via Norham Road North & Cobalt instead?
Would be a very stupid mistake if they did as no doubt Stagecoach would capitalise on the Hadrian Park > Wallsend > Newcastle corridor, effectively killing off the 41/41A as a commercial service during the day.
