Incorrect 1554 is back at Stockton tracking as different buses

Sending Streetlites to help out a Redcar has been a very bad decision lately. 1554 hasn't been out since the 6th August on the X4, 1556 since the 19th August on the X4 and 1562 since the 19th August on the 81. I think Arriva should get the hint and just send purely Pulsars there to help out like 1405 did. That did great when it was there for a while.
