I think all of the B10BLE's from the ''Wear Tees Express'' will be going to Chester, replacing 4837, 4838, 4839 and 4844 respectively. One of these should replace 8231, and will remain in service temporarily until 4931 is repaired. as 8231 is certainly on it's last legs.
That doesn't make sense. A quote from your last post was 'and when 4931 is repaired it will be withdrawn.' and saying that it will have a replacement until it is repaired is completely going against that. Im now confused
