Also, if you're travelling to the Metro Centre, it's once again also cheaper because if you were doing it on the 308 from anywhere in North Tyneside or Newcastle, it would cost you £7.80 (£6.80 for Network One) if you were to use the TEN but it would be upto £3.20 cheaper to make the same journey using the 309.
