Can't say I've ever seen a fare paying customer on board one of the Stanley local services (such as the 713)... Hardly could be perceived as 'competition' when they're not even in the same league.
There's huge competition by Stagecoach North East in Sunderland, so why isn't there a £1.00 flat fare in Sunderland?
