I do not believe they bid for anything in the first place.
I'd be very surprised if they didn't put a bid in.
They did'nt, you also notice, not one Go Ahead or Arriva company on the list. Whilst Go Ahead London will benefit in some form, this is not through Go Ahead as TfL are buying the Borismaster and not the Operators.
