Used it yesterday from the Metrocentre to Birtley. The driver knew what my pass was (Nexus CAT) for once, and a lot of the passengers seemed to be fare paying. The lass in front of me was charged £2.30 to Birtley, which is 90p cheaper than GNE! There was about twenty passengers all together which is fairly good.
Then I got the X2 to Newcastle which was running 15 minutes late, and I was the only passenger on until Harlow Green. Not good enough really.
