Still haven't had so much as an acknowledgement relating to the 37 complaint.
My last one was with the X3, and everything's been pretty cush for me since then.
GNE sends out automated e-mails as soon as they receive your complaint now.

We aim to respond to enquiries by email as soon as possible between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am and 5pm on a Saturday and Sunday. However at peak times you may not receive a personal response until the next working day.
If you are reporting something that needs investigation, such as a specific complaint about a service or ticket, it will take a couple of days for this investigation to take place although we will respond to you within five working days.
