Unfortunately, the 8 is launched 6months after the GCT contract was agreed and if you are right, demonstrates the power afforded to the big boys in de-regulated market, in dictating the provision on offer.

You're right in what you say though. I'd like to think it was done exactly for the reasons listed in the news article, but I'm far too cynical for that. We'd have still had the X4 otherwise.
