I'm shocked it's still so high. There is at least one disruption every other day, and it usually causes rolling delays to the full network.
I am too a bit. It's amazing what can be done with percentages though. I've dropped them an email and asked for the values behind the percentages, but I can't see them handing the info over.... you don't ask and you don't get though...
