I noticed when passing Cheviot House today that pretty much al the Windows had been fully removed, also where the Steps are there was Digger starting working on the grass side, must be going to level it all out. Also the new pathway/move of the skate park has been competed.

Looks like once Cheviot House is brought to it's knees work on both projects stated will commence.
