Someone complained about the rubbish buses on the 28/28A... they got this reply..
I think you might need new buses or something on the 28/28a. After waiting over half an hour for the 16:17 28 to Newcastle from Beamish, I caught the 17:47 to be told the previous one had broken down after overheating. The Chester me street bus was also running late, and when passed it was a lime branded bus so guessing there might have been more than one breakdown today.

Go North East I am sorry about the breakdown. I understand at present we do plan to put on newer buses on later this year.
Seems new buses are planned... yes we have discussed that new buses will go on thier once the StreetLites etc arrive but i thought id post it.
