Also, it is quicker to get the bus back to the home depot, to get another one in for repaint, instead of keeping it for an extra day to put the vinyls on.

Just touching on the Panel Corrision side of things, could this be the reason for the Paint flaking up on the Citaros and the need to Repaint them 2 Years after they were previously repainted, as I dont recall in previous conversations in relation to the Citaros of this being a possibility until you mentioned it above citaro5284.
