If its just some flowers on the front of a bus (like 6088) or the brand name on the front, i dont think it needs to be replaced - the destination should cover what livery the bus is in for those that care.When any branding is missing from a bus, it is reported to the commercial deparment and the vinyls are subsequently ordered. In most cases, it's a matter of waiting until screen services can come out to apply the vinyls.
It would not be logical to keep a bus off the road because it is missing branding, so there is a period of time where the bus has to be out on the road with bits of branding missing.
