It pees me off when my X21 is running late (per usual) and some Concessionary Pass holder goes upstairs. USE THE SEATS THAT HAVE BEEN DESIGNATED FOR YOU! I PAY FARES, NOT YOU, YOU UNGRATEFUL ....
