New to Leicester Corporation, it came to Busways in 1988 (one of a pair, the other was CJF72C), intended as driver trainers. However, the conversion was never done and the bus was stored till Stagecoach took control of Busways, when it was sold to the present owner.
It's been there for about 20 years now, sometimes under cover though. I don't know if any restoration work has been done on it.
