If the 23 is changing companies, where will 715/716 end up, back on the cathedral services?, if they decide to run them.

No there quite a few offices and factories. I'd imagine they probs reinstate cathedral bus in the near future.

Yea it's open but only for a few hours a day. Not open for full services yet

More changes on the 18th July due to NEXUS wanting to run contracts again, 2 or 3 weeks after somemore changes.

Increases to some evening services from 18 and 25 July

Following the opening of more leisure venues and working in partnership with Nexus, the evening frequencies on some services will be increased. The majority of these will increase from 18 July, with some further increases from 25 July.
