Both 36474 and 36478 swapped over last Saturday with each bus operating their relevant services in Newcastle and South Shields respectively from Monday gone
RE: Period Fleet Movements (Official from Fleetcards)
24003, 34605, 35189, 39672, 39706 arrived at Stockton to help out with duplicates next week.
19179 transferred to Slatyford after repaint
Likely be more transfers over the next week or two as requirements change and services get moved around.

Do you know where the rest of Stockton's E400s (19204/5, 19384) are destined for?
RE: Period Fleet Movements (Official from Fleetcards)
Back to Newcastle I would expect to help out with duplicates up there

They’re to operate duplicates on commercial routes where lots of school children board. If you operate a bus purely for school children you can fill it upto capacity (65+ on an E300) whereas in ‘normal’ service you’d be limited to 20 or so. All depots will be doing this.

I read something regard what Tyresmoke said above but its regarding London. The public can now just get on every other bus??? and the one they cant use of for school kids only and can be full to capacity.

Yes I think TfL have realised they don't have the resources to duplicate every school flow on their network so they're taking from the existing service by closing some buses for school children only. On frequent routes it probably won't be too much of an issue, as I believe passenger levels in London aren't returning as fast as other areas? I understand Stagecoach West Ham have been given a number of 'provincial' vehicles to help operate duplicates though, including E200s and Solos.

West Ham have had three, I think, of the short E200s from West, reported as "on loan" but I'm not sure if they'll ever come back.

These vehicles were some of those inherited from Wessex, which were reportedly in a terrible state.  Some never re-entered service with West, and the others all took far longer than planned to get back out on the road.  The folks from West who fixed them are miracle workers!

And now with its ticket machine reactivated, it's confirmed as still being at Stockton.

Good news then.  Might be an idea to send a few to Hartlepool as the 7 has got busy again over the last few weeks and with the schools going back along with the fair at the Headland then I can see it been very busy this week as well.

Stockton need them for the return to normal weekday PVR as of this morning. 22062 however appears to be at Hartlepool to work a duplicate 1 trip from Seaton Carew to High Tunstall and return (0817 off Seaton Carew, 0911 return).

19204/5 have also re-entered service at Stockton this morning having been parked up for a few weeks - 19204 worked a duplicate trip on the 10 into Middlesbrough this morning while 19205 duplicated a 12 from the Parkway Centre into Middlesbrough.

In terms of the other cascades:
24003 is out on 38 on ad-hoc dupes having duplicated the 0751 from Middlesbrough this morning
34605 duplicated the 0814 39 from Middlesbrough to Park End and the 0836 return
35189 duplicated the 0809 61 and the 0845 59 from Stockton to North Tees Hospital
39706 also duplicated a 12 from the Parkway Centre at 0817
39710 duplicated a 52 from Low Grange to Stockton at 0826
39672 appears to be out presently duplicating a 12
24002 and 39674 haven't been used today
RE: Period Fleet Movements (Official from Fleetcards)

34605 was back up in Sunderland by mid afternoon - possibly just as well given passenger numbers on city services... I think BUS FULL was the most common destination I saw today.  Hate to think what it will be like when the schools go back next week.

Definitely in Sunderland, was parked up at the front of the depot around 5pm.  And bustimes confirms ... arrived just after 4pm.

It is now in Hartlepool parked up on Victoria Road as a spare.
RE: Period Fleet Movements (Official from Fleetcards)
In addition, 24002 made its debut on Teesside today working a couple of trips on the 52 as a duplicate.
Stagecoach are also still operating the Sedgefield College services 5193 (Stillington) and 5197 (Wynyard) - 26276 worked the 5193 this morning (it's now out on 12s - what could be classed as the former E400 board which under the new timetables starts at 0933 in Middlesbrough but stays out until 2338 doing 12s and 38s) while 27167 worked the 5197 (and that is now on 10s).
