At the end of the day, whether this lad is in primary school or not right, some of these images are copyright protected, so using them without prior consent or crediting is an infringement of the copyright laws.

I have just reported the account, simply go on his account, scroll down to the bottom of the page, click report abuse, select option about stolen photos from the drop down menu, click on the Copyright/IP Policy, then submit a copyright claim.

Ah, I'm not that fussed haha.

I use Flickr as a storage medium for my photos too - be no good slapping a copyright notice on there if Go North East or one of these bus magazines wanted to use one of the photos, as I'd have to go hunting for the original copy on my external hard drive (which although sorted by year, month and day, is still too much of a fart on!)

As Gary has said you can tell the inconsistences and the difference of the quality of the cameras used to take all the photos. Also note the difference in the style of titles with many of them being the same as the original source.
