Now definitely confirmed as Stockton bound. All bar two currently in storage at Chesterfield, the other two remain in use at Barnsley and Sheffield Ecclesfield.
They are also 43 seaters - so they would be pointless on the 100 replacing the 49 seater E300s.

More than likely - as state previously, they were repainted on transfer from Scotland to Yorkshire last year so unlikely they will require repaints straight away.

Cheers, i was just checking in case Stagecoach wanted to paint them again because we all know what bus companies can be liked when it comes to repaints.

Where is 22067 it is no where to be seen at south shields has it left and gone so where else.

Don't normally get involved in stagecoach chatter but here goes... What use does Stockton have for E400s every year we get the same rumour and every year we fall for it! I'm still waiting for 17030,1,3,4,5 to turn up from Hull. Personally I think if enviros are going spare they will be sent away from the North East and replaced by single deckers for Hartlepool/Stockton

The ALX400's got cancelled a long time ago since Hull needed them and the school contracts were shortened. The E400's are set to be for busy peak services which is welcoming on services leaving Middlesbrough especially. This is the first 'rumour' I've heard of E400's for normal service at Stockton.

I've only heard them ever coming for school services, this is the first time I've heard them coming for actual service.

In a way I would prefer if Hartlepool didn't get anything this year and next year got some E200mmc's but it does seem like Hartlepool is the cascade depot at the moment.

They were meant to come up after the service changes in Barnsley the other week, Though I think Kuyoyo reported a hadnfull were in storage at various depots, So from what I can gather, There isn't.
Someone else might know more than I do though.

Normally a mix of Dennis Dart's and MANs, On Sundays the 6 mostly has MANviros and the 7 has MAN ALX300s from what ive seen.
