1582? 52/53/54

If this is today - the 43 interworks with the 46 52 and 53 unless things changed. The 44, 45 and 54 all appear to be stand alone.

1594 is the Streetlite that was towed in the other day. I passed 4805 in Aycliffe earlier running late on the 5.

The 46 uses solos, and the 43/44/45 certainly interwork, the same as the 52/53/54 for example the board for the 52/53/54 works as following:
52 Newcastle-Cramlington
53 Cramlington-North Shields
53 North Shields-Cramlington
52 Cramlington-Newcastle
54 Newcastle-Whitley Bay
54 Whitley Bay-Newcastle

Although the 54 could be a standalone service, it isn't this is demonstrated by buses changed there destination display and the ALX300s do now have subranding for the 54 as well as the 52/53.

Not on a Sunday, which happened to be the day you posted that.

On Sundays, 43/46/52/53 all interwork as followed:
46 Newcastle-Polwarth Drive
46 Polwarth Drive-Newcastle
52 Newcastle-Cramlington
43 Cramlington-Newcastle
43 Newcastle-Cramlington
53 Cramlington-North Shields
53 North Shields-Cramlington
43 Cramlington-Newcastle
43 Newcastle-Cramlington
52 Cramlington-Newcastle

The 44 and 45 work on their own on Sundays, as does the 54.

As for the B10BLEs, they are still only branded for the 52/53.
