(13 Dec 2015, 9:06 pm)S813 FVK wrote I can't see the sarcasm and humour about the response at all, personally. It seems like somebody who wants to have a go at GNE, criticising them at the smallest of things (which they have actually been quite clear about). I would have replied to it in exactly the same way.

(14 Dec 2015, 4:07 pm)Dan wrote Gratitude pours in for bus staff who battled on to rescue the stranded
Hundreds of grateful people flooded Go North East with praise for the plucky bus drivers who went above and beyond their duty to get them home safely during this year’s first heavy snow fall.

(14 Dec 2015, 5:18 pm)Dan wrote They may have power sockets - I didn't have time to look around the coach.
They don't have 'Go North East Wi-Fi' (ie we don't manage/maintain it) - National Express may have something that they put on to compete with Megabus, but I'm not really sure.
(14 Dec 2015, 5:20 pm)Michael wrote Oh right, i thought GNE provided it, learn something new every day!
(14 Dec 2015, 5:23 pm)Dan wrote National Express specify exactly what they want when it comes to new builds - even down to the camera recorders being used!
Means that it's a standardised build across all operators who operate National Express contracts. I guess it makes things a bit simpler across the board.
