There is a scenario editor and track designer on RCT2...
RCT2 is a bit harder than one though, on 1 you could charge an entrance fee and also charge for rides, on 2 you could only do one or the other...
I was never really interested in Tycoon Games back then as I could not get my head round most of them, but always enjoyed Rollercoaster
