As can be seen here, while 27738 was on service X20 (alongside what I believe to be corporate liveried spare 27723 as noted above).

It appears its time in Hartlepool was merely a loan for now - they'll move permanently once the rest of the E200s are in service at South Shields and Sunderland have their 4 MAN E200s.

As a new member to the forum I would like to ask where can you see the Stockton Dennis Tridents in action ie. any particular routes for example ? I am Leeds based but travel all around the North spotting for example yesterday I visited Middlesbrough Bus Station pleased to see 1101 & 1105 in action. Had a quick visit to Stockton as well for a few Optares on Route 7 due to the parade in the town centre it was a bit hectic !! Last weekend I visited Sunderland to see the Scania K270 UB gas buses and saw Olympians 16833/839 on the air show shuttles a nice bonus !

Welcome to the forum!

You'll normally find them on school services mainly but as its the school holidays they're getting out and about a bit more. Usually the 13 is the best place to find them almost guaranteed at the moment. Others tend to appear when something breaks down so it's harder to predict where they'll turn up, but services 12, 39 or 52 and 58 (both of those interwork with 35 every few hours too) are usually good bets to find one out and about.

13s are the best place to find them - there's a 13 turn that doesn't start until 0904 in Middlesbrough (the inbound 0826 from Hemlington is booked for a Trident, as is the 0819 from Brookfield) which can basically be allocated anything. 58 also seem to attract them, apart from the evening working (that is the 0931 35 and the 1032 58). 36/37/38 is the most unlikely place to find them, however they also have a late starting turn with the school holidays (begins in Stockton at 0823) which can be allocated anything as well.

Didn't see a single double decker out yesterday. Surprising for the school holidays.
