Wouldn't be surprised if you did. I am expecting that it will be allocated to the Cathedral Bus as opposed to the R5 with one of the normal Solos (E3 STX and ON02 STX) or even similar SR KX15 BLZ covering for it on the R5.

Rough workings for the company's service work are:

Wow, had absolutely no idea that this was for the R5 and I live in Rowlands Gill. I saw it going through not in service today. Will get a picture tomorrow and ride on it, much better bus that the horrible Fiat Bluebird which I hate!

I've just paid for GNBR 2015. Not looking forward to the double decker bus ride at 630am from Tynemouth to Seahouses with Stanley Travel lol

Some, if not all, of the Stanley Travel deckers should be out and about tomorrow. The drivers have been asked to come in and give them all a little run out just so they can identify and fix any problems before the new school year starts later in the week.

Don't know if other operators have been told similar but my dad isn't happy - Nexus have asked Stanley Travel to operate the scholars for St Thomas More school, Blaydon despite them not going back until Tuesday. He has to go in to run around empty. Eventhough the services are open to members of the public, the chances of one using the service is extremely slim.

They'll have got a fine then. Unless they found another driver to operate the service.

He has now received a message from Stanley Travel telling him not to come in as he will just be running around empty - whether that has come through Nexus i don't know.
