But it shouldn't happen all the time, and Bazza is well within his rights to report wrong allocations.

You report allocations which are far more frequent in the GNE section of the forum. Corporate liveried Scanias covering for branded Scanias is not rare/odd, but you note these (and similar) allocations very regularly.

Please stop it with these targeted attacks every time Bazza reports wrong allocations - not sure whether it's just me, but it seems to happen every single time he makes a post in this thread, and it's really getting on my nerves.

It's because he said it to Tommy, so I had to.

Why get involved?

Tommy and Bazza don't like each other, big whoop, but why does this have to be brought up on a public forum - especially when it doesn't concern you?

Looks like the destination still needs sorted on the Newcastle-bound 33A. Shows "City Centre" via Regent Centre, Gosforth, Jesmond and City Centre. Think this wasn't changed properly when the 33A stopped serving Central Station.

The Sapphire E400 on the X15 is 7524, left Ashington SNIS to Morpeth at 1530. 7518 is the Sapphire E400 on the X20.

Its been absolute hell to get services and allocations right and on time around Ashington with road works, accidents, traffic lights and traffic blocking the bus station entrance. The Coast and Castles routes seem to be coping alright, but there is no spare vehicles left without removing deckers off the Sapphire routes and sending them to Morpeth.

I guess the Ashington ones are understandable, bit hard to change the bus when it goes nowhere near the depot (in the case of the one on the X15).

But, seriously Blyth?! I'm pretty sure the Hybrids were bought for that route, for a reason, with public money. Is there any check that GBF buses are used on the route bidded for?

I passed 7524 in Bedlington on an X21 at 15:48, it was headed to Ashington, so it can't be the one on the X15?

No it doesn't.

I have a question....Would you rather have
1. a very late vehicle in the correct branding
2. no bus at all
3. a bus thats on time but is in the incorrect branding.

The answer is 3.

7527 Wink

However as you mentioned 7524, I got it again on Friday morning, upstairs front panels are a complete mess, different shades, a massive stain, looks dreadful.

I reported it to CS on the 10th November. I'll chase that up with the supervisor.

Not sure I would count a Quorum Gemini as rare on the X7 though - they're still working on the route they were branded for despite the renumbering. Should be only one left now I think, 7603?
