(17 Feb 2016, 8:49 pm)R852 PRG wrote 4907 was involved in the fatal collision on the 8 when it was based at Chester-le-Street, so it transferred out of the depot out of respect for the driver and the victim of the accident. It was swapped with 4845, if memory serves.

Regional revenue growth was 2.6%, driven by higher contract income and increases in fares in line with inflation. The decline in passenger numbers of 0.5% is a result of continuing weakness in the north east economy, as well as significant roadworks in Oxford, and lower oil prices reducing the marginal cost of car travel. Passenger growth, excluding these areas, was 1.0%. Growth was driven by an increase in commercial passengers, offsetting a decline in concessionary travel.

A few of the Citaros and Omnicities at Stanley could do with A new seat or two, although I'm sure how much all this costs and whether its worth it or not long term
I know A few years back alot of buses were refurbed internally.
