(03 Mar 2016, 11:07 pm)S813 FVK Any sign of 6307 yet?
This will be the third consecutive order from Wrightbus where one vehicle from a batch has been delayed for whatever reason (5396 for C&C and 5410 for Red Kite being the other 2). I'm starting to think it has developed a fault (which is better discovered there rather than here) causing it to be held at the factory until fixed.

Would like to praise the lovely driver today driving the nu37. I was traveling from Washington to Doxford Park on the 10:03 service, his manner was friendly, welcoming and pleasant, he also waited for every single passenger to be seated before driving again, and when people got off he said goodbye,
He's a professional and a lot of your drivers should and could learn from him.
Yes I've previously put formal complaints in about your drivers when they put my families lives literally at risk by their reckless and dangerous driving, which went un replied by Go North East.
However this driver was truly lovely and and you should be made aware of his professionalism, and lovely character.
Go North East
Go North East Hi Linda, thank you very much for letting us know, I'll pass this along to the driver's line manager so they can receive the praise.
Pretty sure they don't run the 37 at 10:03am!

(04 Mar 2016, 6:20 pm)Michael It is, its quite annoying that they give out wrong info for services they don't even run.

(04 Mar 2016, 6:26 pm)Dan Go North East does operate service 37 - just not that journey.
I don't think Go North East's Customer Services department has intentionally accepted praise of a bus driver from another bus company. It's probably quite an easy mistake to make, given that the company does operate morning and evening journeys on service 37, and the customer has written to Go North East to praise the driver...

(04 Mar 2016, 6:54 pm)citaro5284 Of course, you could argue that the passenger should know which Company is running the service - is this a case of Nexus grey confusing someone?

(04 Mar 2016, 8:08 pm)Michael It could be, see i think this would be the problem, if the quality contracts came about... loads of people wouldn't know who was contracted to what service.... unless they all the emails for complaints etc would go to one email address and they run one Facebook/Twitter page.
