Still unbeaten in 9 games though.

Devastating mate...

Sod Pele and Maradona, Cruyff is probably the most technically gifted player who ever lived...my opinion anyway

While I understand (and somewhat agree) with the sentiment of the gesture, I can't help but think it's all a bit pointless as, regrettably, it's impossible to erase Johnson from the history of the English National Team.

It's like Chris Benoit and WWE.

If they start doing stuff like that, they may as well just take everything he ever achieved away from him, his Premier League Medal, also FA Cup and Community Shield honours as well...

Nobody can deny he played for England, I saw nearly all the games he played in.

Like WWE w/Benoit the FA can't totally rub him out the record books...

At one point didn't Vinny Mc go as far as to amend Title Histories to try and wipe out any trace of Benoit???

He may have tried. But his name is still included in the list of WHC title-holders on wwe.com

How long is Butland out does anyone know? Looked a nasty injury and I think Given is injured for Stoke too so not sure who their 3rd keeper is.

Dissapointed by Deli Alis sitter.

He was let off by the fact we won...He is still a fine player and good prospect for the next generation of Engliah Footballers

Despite it only being a Friendly, any kind of win over the Germans is sweet whether it be on the Battlefield or on the Football Pitch...The fact they are the Incumbent World Champions and 4th in the World makes it a bit sweeter.

We play my third favourite national team on Tuesday, Holland...Hope we can both produce a worthy display that Johan Cruijff can be proud of 😀

2015/16 Football Season
I really want Leicester to win the League this year, that would really would be stunning, it would be a story that equals what Brian Clough did with Nottingham Forest in the late 70's.

But what about next season, there injury record this season has been brilliant, but next year they will also have the Champions League.

Does anyone give Leicester a chance next season, I half expect them to crash and burn next season, as lessons will be learnt from this season, the Vardy's, Mahrez's and Drinkwater's will be neutralized next season...If Leicester are to do anything next season, in my opinion they will have to spend every penny of there Premier League Prize Money and what they get from the new TV Deal that kicks in on top players to keep the momentum going and for the success to keep going.

What is others opinions on Leicesters rise to the top of English Football...

Despite what I have said, I would like to be able to have this post shoved back down my throat in 12 months time noting how wrong I was about them
RE: 2015/16 Football Season
As long as Leicester are able to find players which fit into the team rather fitting the team around a few star turns, they should be fine. That has been Leicester's strength this season - a team which plays as a team.

I definitely wan't Leicester to win the league - as this will be their only chance for a very long time in my opinion so they definitely won't want to miss out.

I'm not sure about them next season - if they spend a lot they have a good chance of finishing in the top 6, and they will need to have more depth in their squad if they want to compete in the Champions League. But imagine how good it'd be for the Leicester fans if they had teams like Barca or PSG in their group. I can't see Mahrez there next season though, but considering they only paid less than a million for him and they now want £30m that's a canny bit profit but will they find a replacement as good? I don't think so.

Ranieri is also a good manager, he always makes good substitutions too I find which in turn has won them a number of points.

Same, wonder if they'll wait till the summer to replace him, no point in rushing as they're down.

Surprised he lasted this long to be honest, he did say earlier in the season he would walk if some guarantees were not made...

Did Garde resign or was it Mutual Consent meaning sacked

Yeah I'd imagine they'd wait until the end of the season as it's pointless bringing in a new player. Nigel Pearson will be a canny appointment though.

And Fozz it was mutual consent (basically sacked)

I really dont know why it is called Mutual Consent, just be totally straight and say it is a sacking...I mean how many people would actually agree and consent to the loss of there own job

Totally agree with you - also some bad news that Rob Elliot was injured in the republic of Ireland game, hopefully nothing serious as Darlow isn't the best.
