Does anyone know out of the Vehicles which were transferred to Yorkshire Tiger from ANE, which Services they are allocated to on a daily basis, heading down Leeds on Saturday, so it will be something to keep a look out for.

Services 60/61 in Leeds are worth a look, but the majority of them work in the Halifax (MPD) and Huddersfield (B10BLE) areas.

4514 has been noted working for Elland (Halifax) this week, while 1799 has been working out of Leeds.

Thanks, I wont catch 4514 as I am not heading over Halifax way, but shall make the effort of keeping look out for 1799.

7485 is back at Redcar for the foreseeable future - 7458 has returned to Blyth also from the Metro fleet.

Was going to add "happy days" to Scotts post about 7485 but if its gone to Selby then thats one we don't have to worry about on the X93. Trouble is we are down to a bare allocation, for deckers, to meet the peak PVR.

If the fleet list I've just looked at is correct, no they don't and it is DB300's that they have at Selby. There doesn't appear to be any Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 bodied Volvo B9TL's in the fleet that I can see but there is some Volvo B9TL/Darwin Olympus' at Wakefield.

This is just looking at a fleet list I found online, don't kill me if this info is incorrect.

Selby's allocation of deckers:
9 VDL DB300/Wright Gemini 2 all to MAX standard - 7 are branded for the 415 (York-Selby), the other 2 are spare branded
8 Volvo B9TL/Optare Olympus
8 Volvo B7TL/Plaxton Presidents

Long time since you've seen them then - all are now debranded and have been since last summer.

(30 Mar 2016, 1:04 pm)GX03 SVC wrote I'm being told that Castleford are gaining the MAX ADL ALX400/Volvo B7TLs and North East are to receive 8 of the Volvo B9TL Olympus vehicles from Selby.

B7TLs off the X20 are going to Durham and the Olympus vehicles are going on the X20 and Summer X93 apparently.

All makes logical sense. I understand it's the 8 non-Max interior B7/ALX that are going to Yorkshire. Logically they'd be allocated to Castleford who's 189 service (PVR 7 if I remember right) is going Max, freeing up those Tempos Idea - that would allow Castleford to transfer 8 of their Lowlanders to Selby, replacing the B9s to come to us. They're due to be refurbished as I understand it before use on the X20 and X93. Durham would gain the 4 Max B7s from Ashington & the new 4 (7423-6) to make a PVR of 7 on the X46.

Not really fussed where they go so long as we get the BTL9's to complement what we already have for the X93. Which incidentally is celebrating its 30th anniversary this season. How things change.

It's on loan for the Metro period to replace 7477. 1906 covering at Stockton.

1324 and 1327 have had their cowhorns painted over ahead of Frequenta.

I am told 2804 is at Thorntons for refurb/paint too for Stockton.

Selby are trialling 7485 on their routes, and Redcar have 1810 on loan for the same purpose. Expect to see it on X93 very shortly.

Will it be trailed on the X20 as well?

Yes I think that is quite likely. One of the new Max B7s (7416-26) is due to be trialled also I am told.
