Not all of Manchester's have been delivered. Only the ones for Ashton have been - the Kendal and Lancaster ones are being delivered now then it is the summer shutdown at Alexander Dennis. We are looking at late August/early September for the North East examples.

Technically yes it's a new bus, but it's not a North East bus.

Dear mrnut85. Have seen my first E400MMC at Sunderland but only from a distance. Do you know which one it is. Also seen what looked like 34567 in the fitting bay is that going some where else. Regards Robin

I think 34567 is stored there.
34562 used to but was transferred to hartlepool

That's not confirmed though for September.
There was a noting of one of Newcastle's batch on delivery to Walkergate. Everything is not being delivered together, it's a mix and match.

19646 was on leave away for a week and 22070 is at Slatyford while 22067 is still at South Shields while it has an engine rebuild, once that is complete it will move on to its new home. 34611 Does not have a hole in the engine as that would make the bus very much broken, it only has a split in the exhaust flex pipe.

22026/9-31 have all been withdrawn. I believe 22029-31 are now in storage at Stockton - soon to be joined of course by Stockton's examples.

I'm assuming that they are due to be transferred to another Stagecoach division rather than scrapped?

I thought Stockton were get stagecoach yorkshire 22508,15 so why do  want more buses  are buses for spare.

Is this rumour true that 35163 is to move to hartlepool to replace a transbus then 35172,73 to sunderland and shields to replace 34605,11 im told this will happen when the e200 mmcs enter service

The E200MMC's are for the 30/31/36 and are replacing the 03 reg MANs. No darts are being replaced

Dan. Let shields depot have both 35's instead of 34611 and 34401 I prepare the 35's to the 34's espeally 34611 which sounds like an old banger car. Regards Robin

There doesn't need to be a replacement for 34401, Its never been used since moving to Shields while 34611 sees nearly daily service on mostly the 17/18s.
Was said by one of the members on here that 34611 will be staying at Shields for the foreseeable future, While 22067 and 22070 will leave, Which 22070 has already done.

The reason 34611 sounds like a old banger car is said a few posts above by MrNut85, It has a split Exhuast Flex Pipe. Which is nothing serious and can be fixed without much hassle.
34611 before it got the split exhuast flex pipe was pretty healthy sounding, And is in pretty good condition. Minus the extensive rattling on the back row of seats.

Let's hope one of the 35's come to shields one day I hope. But what can it replace.
