(24 Aug 2016, 5:13 am)Dan wrote 568 has been temporarily reinstated at Percy Main - it should be allocated to service 434 on Saturday, with 3888 instead being deployed on a Tall Ships Park & Ride service.
More than 50 extra vehicles are required this Saturday to operate Blyth Tall Ships shuttle services, Cruise Ships shuttle services, Kynren shuttle services and also Soccerbus. As per Airshow weekend, there will be a number of temporary transfers between depots to accommodate the extra work, and step-entrance vehicles will be in operation at Riverside and Stanley.

Saying that I am accessing from mobile.
Like the fare calculator though.
Where a pass is not valid the pass may be confiscated by the driver.I would question the legality of a bus company confiscating a pass issued by a local authority.

(24 Aug 2016, 3:35 pm)cbma06 wrote I clicked on the X7 timetable etc.. and clicked onto fare info, had to put in the words Sunderland, peterlee and adult to get the fare info which no help as it states single fare is £3.95 and adult return is £5.50, nothing on there states that you can get a day ticket of £4.65 with an Indigo east durham saver between those points and you can use the same day ticket on other indigo east durham bus services and the whole route of service X35 and also X7 between Sunderland and station town.

content doesn't open up new windows so you cant go back and forth

It will take some time to get used to it but i don't think its too bad.
(24 Aug 2016, 3:52 pm)cbma06 wrote the route saver ticket £4.65 should be stated instead of the £5.50 return, cant see customers going allover the website just to find a cheaper price. on any other prices for other GNE bus services should be stating that a route saver is cheaper than a return, or is GNE intending to push the high price returns onto passengers instead of the cheaper option of route saver day tickets to make the share holders happy.

(24 Aug 2016, 3:35 pm)Adrian wrote The 'Journey Planner' tool on the new website is a lot better than previous, although I'm not sure it should be telling customers to use the competition instead...If it didn't, it'd have to tell us to wait until Sunday to go anywhere!
It presents a problem for customers too. Because the only multi-operator ticket valid for that journey would be an Explorer. So customers asking for a 'Day Ticket' (as they do!), will most likely end up with an Arriva Day ticket.
