(06 Oct 2016, 2:56 pm)Jimmi wrote I am also speculating but I'm guessing it will be a off peak service between Stockton and Middlesbrough running via Teesside Park which I will image will interwork with the 84 and run in the gaps left by the withdrawal of the 87. I wish they'd leave the name alone (looking at you 'Durham Tees Valley Airport' ![]() (06 Oct 2016, 3:02 pm)Jimmi wrote Confirmed on their Facebook. Interesting missing destination on the 84 - no mention of Bishopton...... But as you can see, the 84 is reverting to its previous route of Thorpe Thewles and Summerville Tesco between Carlton and Hardwick. |

Latest arrival at Stagecarriage is former Arriva Yorkshire Volvo B7TL W654CWX.
This marks the start of several low floor double decks joining the fleet as we look to replace the Volvo Olympian's in the fleet ![]() |

RE: Stagecarriage of Grangetown
The early finish at Prior Pursglove College today resulted in a number of rare workings... The Panther did the 84 in order to free up the E300 to work service 56. The 225 was covered by a double decker MIG8450 which its usually Solo YJ07VRK but this was on service 88.

Just looking at the timetables there, hopefully it is a success and you can introduce later journeys, even if it is just on a Saturday ![]() Hopefully there will be more services from yous too. |

Not specific to Stagecarriage, But Stagecoach's Walkergate based MAN 223** covered half of a day on the 685 when 27142 developed difficulties en route, It also spent the night at Carlisle Depot too. One of GNE's Riverside based Olympian's made a appearance on a section of my local route 88A ( The route that avoids the low bridge, So is allowed Double Decker's ) between Lukes Lane and Jarrow, Before being replaced.

This is more like it. A true contender for rarest working of the year. South Tyne lad wroteOne of GNE's Riverside based Olympian's made a appearance on a section of my local route 88A ( The route that avoids the low bridge, So is allowed Double Decker's ) between Lukes Lane and Jarrow, Before being replaced. Nah. Olympians could have feasibly showed up on any route without height restriction. If one showed up on you local route tomorrow then it might be considered a contender for next year. (01 Jan 2017, 6:11 pm)South Tyne Lad wrote Indeed, It was on a mini excursion Meh. It was just a Volvo and not a proper Leyland Olympian. You're not missing much. |

I suppose so, But adding the fact the route is mainly restricted to Single Decker's, And that the last decker to appear on it was a Deptford Lolyne around 3 years pervious, It must be pretty rare? Volvo for me, Probably because they were the norm when I was younger, Leyland's were in a similar position to the B7 President's in that they were spares, But each to there own.
