Ah buggery that's right yes. I copied the original list from Tony's - who has that one in with the Porth bunch. Forgot about that sole Oxford one.

I was thinking the same, there probably isn't a lot they can do with one unless it's a spare for the S4 which went Gold last year but that's Banbury depot not Oxford.

Yeah 26111 is for Banbury.

Did a bit of digging and there is some changes coming up, which apparently see the S4 and 500 interwork, thus needing an additional vehicle, and with Stagecoach not friends with Scania at present, an E200MMC was ordered instead.

That makes sense then. I was wondering what Oxford would do with one single deck gold spec bus as all of Oxford's gold routes are double deck.

Speaking of Oxford, I imagine that the 10 E400 MMC Golds will be arriving fairly soon as I believe most of Aldershot's have been delivered now.

Oxford's Gold E400 MMCs are currently in the process of being delivered.

The registrations are SN66 VZA/B/C/D/E/F/G/H/J/K.

10779-83 were delivered last week, I believe 84 was delivered today and 85-88 are due by the end of the week.

As far as I understand, they are going to upgrade the Wantage to Oxford routes though this is yet to be confirmed by Stagecoach.

I have also heard the same as you and that 12014 will be transferred to Manchester Hyde Road along with the others. I have a feeling that Oxford have gone off of their hybrids and I reckon that the rest of them will be replaced next year with new E400 MMCs.

Just to add as it's been put in the public domain now... an extension to this years' order includes 33 E400MMC which will be soon be arriving into Gillmoss (M&SL), ousting various MAN E300s and Darts. This ties in with Cambridge P&R 10796-10810 due on a five week loan at Merseyside until they arrive.

Can you advise when 'VAO was seen at Falkirk, as a seperate report stated it was at Leyland late last week, leading to speculation that it was bound for Gillmoss. This (combined with sub-contracting to ANW for RRs being wound down) might explain why at least four Cambridge examples are rumoured to move to their permanent home very soon.
