Thanks Tom, i would think they'll be timing changes.

I normally get an email on Friday, once it comes through i'll post it on here with the details.

They're not digging up half of CLS again, are they?!

First thought that this was interesting, given the timing of the cancellation of the metrocentre X24, but obviously much, much more going on.

The services indicated for change all have ongoing reliability issues. Some, like the X25 and 28s are due to vehicle reliability.

Wonder if the 21 will drop the every 7 mins, it doesn't really run that now. It's not unusual to wait 20 minutes for one, then 4 turn up.

A check of this (http://www.durham.gov.uk/roadworks) didn't throw any light on it.

Wouldn't be surprised if the Waggonway get newer Scania's, it was said before on here that some of the 52reg Scania's are moving to training. (sorry i can't remember who it was).

I don't think they'll drop the 7 minute frequancy on the 21, maybe add extra time.

Not saying you're wrong though, it might happen.

This isn't exclusive to the 21, though. As a prime example, Stagecoach Manchester's 192 has a very high frequency and it isn't uncommon to see numerous vehicles turn up at once. It's how it is managed service wise on the day and also through 'planned regulation', if you will.

Will anything be happening to the 309/310? Only just changed the 309/X39 in January.

I can't see anything on the GNE website unfortunately.

Vigo Lane and Portobello Road is affected by resurfacing works. A section of Portobello Road is scheduled to be closed completely (according to traffic management signs and Nexus posters in affected bus stops).

This means the 82B is diverted today and the X25 will be diverted from tomorrow, until the road re-opens.

Timetables for Chester changes for 19th march are on the service number page, service 13 increased to half hourly and interworking with the X25. Most of the others I've looked at are timing changes ( haven't looked at all services)

Percy Main ones are too nothing is changing other than 42A going to Kingston Park. Can't spot any difference in the 1, 11 or 40/41.

Other changes to service 11 involve minor timetable amendments to improve reliability, following analysis of real time information data. The evening/Sunday journeys, as previously suggested on the forum, will no longer interwork with service 42. The evening/Sunday journeys on services 40/41 have been re-timed to allow these services to interwork with service 42.

That's good, means a constant allocation of Solo Sr's!

Ah right thanks, just noticed the 1 and 11 journeys have been slightly retimed from Gateshead or Metrocentre too.

Is the current Sunday evening timetable uploaded correct for the 310 correct? It lists buses arriving into North Shields at xx:54 or slightly later just past the hour and not departing until xx:31. Surely this would mean a lot of sitting around.

Are any other changes bar a Sunday happening as no Mon-Sat times have been uploaded?

What's wrong with sitting around? Stanley do it for fuel reasons all of the time for 30 mins or more.
