They 10 years old and any bus can break down doesn't matter what age it is, I would wait a few weeks in till you decide it's a common problem.

Don't forget they've not been used in daily service for a few months, bound to be little niggles showing up once they get used intensively again.

Christ give them time to get fettled in..... it was only day two. They ran between Perth and Edinburgh on a 2hr+ demanding route, and have been sat around for months, so issues are likely to surface on a new line of work. Only one has broken down AFAIK, the other was taken off for a defect and replaced accordingly. As long as the service runs Joe Public doesn't care what colour the bus is...

I wonder if this stretches to route branding? There's a line about unique liveries and it will be interesting to see which direction they take.

A bus arriving at a depot doesn't mean its going to be used there.

Anyways, They cannot be used in public service anymore due to DDA Legislation.

Wonder if they're likely to be donated somewhere given past experience with the two Solos that arrived months back

47265 is stored at Dickens Self Storage in Stockton I believe after being donated to Teen Challenge, Teesside.
Not sure where 47053 is stored, but was donated to Sowing the Seeds Ministries, Stockton.

Diversion to due to Southwick Green been closed because of the massive fire:

Sun Ops: Southwick Green is still closed. Services will divert via Thompsons Rd, Carley Hill Rd, Faber Rd, Old Mill Rd in both directions.

Oh it's going to be fun getting to work tomorrow morning for 7:30am if the road is still closed!

Only used it a few times (only from Sunderland to Sunderland hospital and from Sunderland to Newcastle and vice versa) and it's around 15-18 passengers on at that time.
