Also, what is the 16:20 and 16:50 X21 runs off tNewcastle allocated?
Last thing, what V reg presidents are left and what is their allocation?

Not necessarily 6941, but one from the former EYMS batch as far as I can tell.
Also, it seems to keep the same vehicle for a few days running, from my (limited!) observations.

1. Yes, although it could be allocated something else during school holidays
2.
16.20 - 3965
16.50 - 6010
3.
6010 - Riverside
6017 - Washington
6033 - Riverside
(01 Jul 2019, 6:45 am)S813 FVK wrote I think they do try and keep 6941 on there with it being in fleet livery.
Likewise the 16:20 X21 is usually 3965, running onto the 17:40 6 to Newcastle and 18:55 6A to Stanley afterwards.
16:50 was usually 6010, though that hasn't been the case as of late - almost as if they don't want it used on the X21.

Very very rarely is anything from the former EYMS batch on apart from 6941.
If 6941 is not on, it's normally a Vyking

From 21 July all boards on service 19 will be operated by Solos as this better matches the current passenger numbers.

Yeah, suppose it's a boost for the 42/42A/X39/309/310 and 19. Swings and roundabouts though as no doubt the Q3 will lose out.

Great Park will see a number of new houses in the long term so the Q3 over time will be alright.

Also any news on ex London B9s where they will go once been replaced by streetdecks.
The ex London B9s are to be fitted with equipment to make them Euro 6 standard, the cost coming from a grant applied for by Gateshead Council, therefore they'll need to operate mostly in that area.
Not heard anything concrete about 6118-21 but the idea makes more sense than moving them to East Yorkshire or the DFDS route or something like that.

It is one of the EY vehicles that came up yesterday. There is a pic of 9073 at Gateshead on facebook somewhere

Should only be used on Jewish Scholars services enabling black OmniDekka's to do cricket shuttles apparently

I think 6100/16/17 will still go first.
I doubt the Omnidekkas will get a refurbishment but the B9s at Consett could well get refurbished next.

Fair point but could get extra help if more long omnidekkas arrive throughout the summer holidays?

I suspect something happening here ...
Ex london B9s on 93/94 & 13/14/25/X22 to get some too

Then that can get rid of the solars and the 03 & 04 reg omnidekkas at CLS which cam be the beginning of the end of the omnidekkas. And to get rid of the rest of the 03/4 plate omnidekkas:
6920-4 to percy main replacing 6132/4/5 & 3995/6 to withdrawn
6925-9 to to consett to replace 6124/25/30/33 to withdrawn and 6143 to a reserve position. 6920-9 will all be repainted into the 2019 livery replaced at riverside by 10 new transfers from London
6144-6 will still have the current role for 1-2 years
Don't think the loops could have deckers as I think it has been mentioned before on here about a low or weak bridge on the route

(03 Jul 2019, 8:00 am)Jimmi wrote The ex London B9s only got a light refurb about a year or two back why do them again so soon?! Assuming that 6118-6121 don't go to East Yorkshire like everyone keeps suggesting they could potentially be done although I think that varies as to what their future role is, if they go to Percy Main for 1/1A I think they'll just leave them as the only mod con on the Coaster is WiFi which they already have fitted. OmniDekka's certainly won't get touched.
In perspective, they could just end up refurbishing 6118-21 (even though it would mean 1x odd spec Coaster in corporate livery). This would then give Percy Main 4x spares to cover the 1/1A/309/310 (6100,19,20,21). 6118-21 are only 12-15 months younger than the Cobalt & Coast B9TLs in theory so it would make sense.

I believe the 6118-6121 are actually older. I may be corrected, but weren't ex-dealer stock and only registered when GNE acquired them when they bought the the streetlites in 2015; which is why they have 15 reg plates. I think they same age as Red Arrows.
