Just walked past the depot and it is brighter than it appears in pics! Looks a little darker than the old lime colour on the b10ble's but the secondary colour could be the same lime shade. Still bright and eye catching though. I think it's a great choice of colours.

Of course you can throw any old tat on the X9/X10 for a few months then when the coaches arrive they look far better and get better exposure at using ‘relevant’ vehicles. The fact the old fleet was whisked away before is forgotten and you get a better launch out of it

It does and they will, no concerning low bridges on the X70/X71 route.

No low bridges on X70/X71 but they will likely interwork with the X30 (X31 standalone & perhaps extended to Consett) meaning the X30/X70/X71 & X31 will need E400MMCs and some early morning, early-mid X31 journeys may interwork with the X30 too.

Looks like 6332 is in for repaint now since it's been off for a few days.

Wonder if they'll bother transferring the X21 GNE plate to one of the B5s?

6311 back out in service, 6308 & 6309 haven’t been in service since the 16th and 20th respectively so maybe one or both are in for repaint.

When are we going to start seeing the B5s transfer over to the X21, will it be once the coaches arrive?

Just saw 6331 at Team Valley, must say it is a lovey shade of green! Much better than the X30 imo.

Must have been in a rush to get it out as there's quite a bit of green overspray around the windows and the beige

Fish with wings

6332 is looking shiny, clean and bright lime green in the sun on the Saltmeadows forecourt at the moment.

It's sat there with a Red Kite branded streetlite which must be waiting to go in.
