Tbh the 2 week closer is coming up. I can't see gne even allocated decekrs to it. They don't care and would rather have the 1 be full to the brim

Was 7128 in the X11 livery?

Looks like they were coming back from Rail Replacement? Tracked as "RAIL" and called at Central Station before running non-stop to Edinburgh, however both did not track back.

Why would it not be?

My apologies I got them confused as both 7128/7132 were both in the X11 livery on bus times. But 7132 was removed.

7132 is plain white.

Percy Main confused me ove the past two days

Two deckers on the 1 yet a Cobalt & Coast got took off and replaced by a QuayCity. I don't get. I really don't. Is gne just trying to annoy me as I'm still waiting for a QuayCity on the 1. But yea confused as hell

If its today both deckers (6135 & 6167) on the 1 were pulled off fairly sharp and replaced by a pair of coaster lites.

Where are you from?

The Coaster buses should be utilised elsewhere while they are not required on the 1.

Service 1 was all deckers today until 5384 made a late appearance. Looks like PM will be allocating deckers on the 1 for the next 2 weeks during the Metro closure. Saw Voyager-liveried 6182 myself on it this morning and apparently 6177 was out as well. Common-sense prevailing, just a shame those god-awful Streetlites will have to reappear once the Metro work is finished !

Those 2 are both on loan from CLS, they also have omnidekkas 6143 & 6166 onload from Riverside. For the best part of yesterday the 1 was allocated 7 omnidekkas & the 2 Ex lothian B9s with afew Cobalt B9s & 6101 appearing in the evening once they were finished their C&C duties aswell as 5384 making a late trip
RE: Go North East: Rare & Odd Workings 2022
I wanna know how 5384 ended up lost in North Shields. First time a QuayCity is on the 1 and got lost heading to Tynemouth. Hopes and dreams were shattered last night

The 309/310/311 must be carrying a fair few passengers not to warrant a swap between 9x StreetLites and 9x B9TLs.

Yeah obviously the 310 has ticket acceptance but most from Newcastle would either use the 1 or 306.

The 309 gets pretty busy between Cobalt and town, especially in peaks. The X39 seems to be pretty busy these days too.
Wistfully stuck in the 90s

I didn't know where to put this but..

A X45/X46 Decker was on the X21, could this be for a possible trial to see how they do on the route? As a similar thing happened to the X10 back in Dec(?).

Consett have been covering some boards at Chester-Le-Street in the past few weeks so i'd imagine this was a one-off allocation for a short period today.
