Stockton isn’t losing 1404, it only moved to Ashington to cover for 1479 that went for repaint then it went to Redcar to cover for 1427 now it’s back at Stockton where it belongs

However 1427 is not back on the road yet. And the amount of vehicles currently off the road at Redcar is impacting some services. Especially when redcar and whitby are suffering with multiple breakdowns and certain vehicles restricted on what routes they go on
RE: Redcar depot
Only 1 B9, 1 DB300 and 1 E400 MMC out today.

1433, 1436, 1440 and 4709 on the X93 today
1424, 1425 and 1447 on the X94

7609 and 7402 have both stopped tracking on the Park and Ride but I would imagine thats a system error. Seems like a lot of Deckers are having problems. Good job it hasn't been the best of summers the UK has had this year.

EDIT: 7609 seems to be back tracking

4709 is absolutely bad on the x93 it's can't climb hills at all specially flyingthorpe 25%up hill it's proper slow
RE: Redcar depot
Sometimes I don't understand Arrivas Allocations. Don't get me wrong it's always interesting to see a Temsa on the X4/X93/94 but when they have a decent amount of pulsars available, they throw them on 62/63 and 64's. 3 Temsas can handle the Whitby Routes fine but the ones today 4709 and 4718 are dreadful. Surely they would prioritize running on time.

Always seems to confuse me why they do it.

4718 4709 should  of been swapped for pulsars off the x3 64 64A  as that's more better for crap Temsas to be on sane with 1556 that should be allocated to the x3 64 64A  only during the week as that's another poor hill climber

It's also been repainted too after it's engine repair which is good. Looks very smart.

Nothing wrong with 1556. Nothing wrong with Lites in general. The problem was, they were being allocated to routes which they were always going to struggle on. Good to see Redcar's fleet is back to full strength near enough. Except the deckers. All 23 Temsa's are out. Only 3 Pulsars and the Centro not out today.

I wish they'd send the Streetlites back down there from Ashington then. Every time I'm on one I feel like I'm traveling in a washing machine, bouncing all over the place.
RE: Redcar depot
So good start to the 6 weeks when there appears to be only 4 deckers out. 2 of them are on the park and ride. Local councils want us to ditch the car and use public transport yet capacity on public transport is limited

I know you get wrong for these type of comments but there's only one place to blame and it has to be Redcar. The fact Ashington has 25/27 of their Enviro 400 MMC's on the road (2 older examples off the road) yet Redcar can manage 2/4 suggests that it's not a vehicle issue anymore.

Even Riverside has 3/4 of theirs on the X10, on the road, and that place is pretty much known to have problems lately with fleet management.

7578 was having it's mot so it's not Redcar fault

And is that the same for 7879

How about 7404 and 5

7610 still hasn't been out since June

1534 not been out since 17th

2863 15th
1445 9th
1438 20th
.long term vor 7401 hasn't moved much and still awaiting repair.

Yet redcars pulsars now are suffering with constant breakdowns and failures.

For once the temsa avenues are the only decent buses redcar have to offer.
