or Redcar could just fix them...? There's 31 of the things at Blyth, at a depot which has engineering issues currently, and only 29/31 of them have been on the road in the past week.

This isn't a vehicle issue, especially how easy the P&R is.

Because blyth don't look after things there  I herd there maintenance is bad

Have you got the money to pay for the new park & ride buses like, no you haven’t so where’s the money coming from for the new buses then?

As Storx just pointed out to you, 29/31 of the Blyth vehicles are still running regularly at the moment. 

By the sounds of it, Redcar might find a "herd" more reliable than their vehicles too.

Best thing Redcar did was withdrawn 7424.7425 26 with this heat we recently getting non of them would of been in sevice rember a few years back on the A171 7424 given in due to the heat

Back at Redcar yesterday and used on an X3 board I believe. Potentially short term cover for 1556 which suffered a minor fire the other day.
