(29 Aug 2014, 8:19 pm)DaveyBowyer wrote Agreed! I think GNE will shell out the extra for power like what they did with the B9TL.The difference is that the Volvo B9TLs in the fleet will probably have to stay on the routes for which they were ordered for, for quite a few years before being cascaded, to pay off the majority of the vehicle cost prior to cascading to services which aren't as profitable.

WHERE is the Haymarket bus stop for the Q2?
I cannot find it on the timetable or on Googlemap.
Is it within the Haymarket bus station?
Are there any other routes that serve the Quayside from Eldon Square/Haymarket?

I'd take a B10BLE or a Citaro over a Omnicity anyday.
(29 Aug 2014, 9:20 pm)nk55 wrote I'd agree totally, B10s are lovely to drive even the R reg examples. Omnicities are a pain. Doors must be closed to lower the bus, buses will not drop when the doors have been opened without the button being pressed first, upon releasing the handbrake there is a delay before the bus will move. Not good on time tight routes.
