(20 Oct 2014, 4:21 pm)Kuyoyo wrote National Express news - due to issues with Yourbus (a high number of VORs reported, resulting in operation recently by Parks of Hamilton), Go North East will temporary taking on operation of the 591/594 between London and Edinburgh. Owing to the overnight nature of the 594, it seems they will be worked by ex-Yourbus B9Rs 7116 (FJ60 KVM) and 7118 (FJ60 KVP) as these two have crew seats.
Information from NX Yahoo Group
EDIT: Sorry, only just seen that - apparently happened a fornight ago and since been replaced by Bruces of Salburgh

(28 Oct 2014, 7:37 am)Dan wrote Should be noted, given that we've discussed the vehicles and the associated VORs at length, that the "Prince Bishops" branded Scania L94UB which has been on long-term VOR for an engine overhaul is now back in service (not sure how long this has been the case for, but I saw it yesterday). Think there's two missing today though...At least Two Solars missing yesterday too weren't there? Considering 6099, 6039, 4937 were all spotted at points in the day.
On a related note, 628 has been allocated to service 37 / 701 today, which should mean that the missing Hybrid is back on the road and on 700s today.
Versa 8319 still appears to be encountering a few issues (it sounded pretty bad last night when on Staff Shuttles, and its front destination was not working at all), and is on Staff Shuttles again today.

Think it's been 640 thats been VOR, good if it's back in service! And I knew 8319 was having issues!
