Not necessarily rare at the moment with the Geminis in the process of being refurbished to MAX.

What on earth is going on at Darlington depot, anyone know if there is a reason why they seemed to have so many Sapphire Pulsars that couldn't be allocated to the 7 today for whatever reason?

I know why 2854 is on there if that's any help?? It was on there because earlier in the day (early morning) one of the sapphire pulsars tyres went BANG, this was the only thing in the depot spare at the time

On Wednesday 2 of them had burst radiators (thanks to a sapphire driver telling me this) so maybe that's where the other 2 are

Also the X1 had 1425,1498 on it while 1405 was on the 1/5s

Big thank you to Neil wise for informing me the 1516/1520 are currently awaiting radiators

All over the place :
7532 was the only X18 branded E400 that I saw on the X18
7513, 7516 and one other 57 reg (7511 or 12) were all on the X18 as well.
As well as one Omnicity, sure there would have been another one somewhere but I didn't see it

7530 had just finished a X15 when I arrived in Alnwick as well.

1574. Spent the entire day on it, which is a bit bizarre. Not to mention that it would have been one of the first buses, allocated to those boards, out of the garage.

It didn't half struggle between Houghall and Bowburn. By the time it got to the Bowburn Estate, you could smell the clutch burning.

Smell of burning plastic is nothing new on Streetlites.... Doesn't get noticed as a driver but I had a trip on one of Redcar's on the 4 back from Whitby and it was very noticeable by Staithes! Which 56 board was this on out of interest?

It done the 0720 57 from Durham to Kelloe, and then ended up being the 1640 57 Durham to Kelloe.

Not entirely sure how the interworking works, but I assumed it to be something like this:

0720 Durham - Kelloe 0751 - 57

0751 Kelloe - Durham 0829 - 57
0840 Durham - Bishop 0943 - 56
0950 Bishop - Durham 1054 - 56
1100 Durham - Hartlepool 1200 - 57A
1202 Hartlepool - Durham 1304 - 57A
1310 Durham - Bishop 1413 - 56
1420 Bishop - Durham 1524 - 56
1535 Durham - Kelloe 1606 - 57
1606 Kelloe - Durham 1639 - 57
1650 Bishop - Durham 1753 - 56
1800 Bishop - Durham 1904 - 56

Obviously wrong though Smile

Very helpful - cheers! Smile

I'll keep an eye out tomorrow to see if it's on the same board. I was wondering if they were possibly route testing with it, as it makes no sense that one of the first out the depot would be that.
