Edit: The photos aren't visible but they were on page 31 of this thread

Maybe Marcus has taken his obsession too far and kidnapped them both!
First swans at Chester Park - now Dan and Citaro?
(17 Mar 2015, 2:33 pm)Dan wrote To add further information, the four Streetlites which will be allocated to service X66 are numbered 5390 - 5394. These vehicles are of a lower specification than the remainder of the batch, and are not equipped with free Wi-Fi, power sockets, Next Stop Announcements or high backed seating. They are, however, fitted with white destination displays and two-colour Tarabus Wood effect flooring. A few photographs taken at the back of Saltmeadows following arrival today:

There has been a few theories as to why the photos were taken down and their noticeable absence from the forum but it doesn't look like we will ever truly find out why this has happened although many of us have some theories but it just seems pointless really continuing to discuss this as we don't know what exactly the reasons behind this are.

Go North East may have implemented AVL, but I'm afraid that doesn't extend to Dan's whereabouts being on a live map.

On Sunday I need to get from either Newcastle or Blyth to Royal Quays, I know I'll need to get the 309 and 19, but which ticket will I be best off with?
Many thanks in advance

(20 Mar 2015, 4:02 pm)Dan wrote Riverside-based DAF SB120/Wright Cadet 8244 (NA52 BUW) has been on loan to Hexham for the past three days, covering for Volvo B6BLE/Plaxton Concept 2000 8293 (NK54 PHV) which has been withdrawn and is in storage at Saltmeadows Road whilst awaiting disposal. Prior to this loan, Hexham was using its reserve allocation in the absence of 8293, though two MPDs are VOR at the moment, meaning this has not been possible recently.
No further Streetlites have been delivered to Go North East since my last post, though a number have been shipped over from Ireland and are awaiting delivery at Heysham. Nor have any further vehicles arrived at Saltmeadows for repaint.

There is also the Cobalt Clipper Day Saver which is £3.75, which you can use across the entire 309/310, but then you would have to walk down to Royal Quays from North Shields Town Centre, unless you pay for a single fare, in which case you might aswell buy one of the above options.
