Was still there at 17:40.

I think I was a bit 'gullable' for thinking that in hindsight...!

I've got no clue where to find it on GNE's website, and I've looked on the map/zone page without a result Thank you£4.75 as mentioned in my previous post mb134.

Just worked out, looking at Malarkey's earlier post, that it is cheaper for me to go to Newcastle and get the bus to Royal Quays, than it would be to go to Blyth first which is about 10 miles less from where I live compared to Morpeth, turns out going the long way around will actually be cheaper, haha bus companies everywhere
(20 Mar 2015, 11:14 pm)Tom wrote If you already have an Arriva ticket, why don't you not try and get the 308 to Rake Lane, then a single on the 17 is £1.50 from there?
Or, you could get the 57/57A into Whitley Bay, then the 17 to Royal Quays. You could purchase a Bay + Shields DaySaver for £3.30 which would allow return travel?

(21 Mar 2015, 9:05 pm)citaro5284 wrote Doubt it will be a brand new bus, maybe a Saltwell Park one if a Streetlite is going.
(21 Mar 2015, 9:07 pm)Sidthebusbabe wrote Well, I just though I'd ask on the forum, drivers aren't always the most reliable for information
On another note, do you think I'd be allowed to go along just to have a look at the bus they have? Bearing in mind I'm only 14, so not exactly their ideal recruit
(21 Mar 2015, 9:09 pm)aureolin wrote There's nowt stopping you really, because of where they're holding it. But worth baring in mind that their goal for the day is to recruit new drivers, rather than to appease enthusiasts.
(21 Mar 2015, 9:20 pm)tyresmoke wrote How to put people off! lol
You can hold a Passenger-Carrying Vehicle (PCV) licence to drive a bus at the age of 18. At Arriva we tend to select people to train as bus drivers who are 21 or older, and who have held a car driver's licence for at least 12 months. In London, where the driving environment is more challenging, we ask for 2 years experience.

Been here twp minutes and I've already witnessed a near miss.
