Yes 22070 was on the E's along with 22050 (pictured below) and 22067.

If there's any gas buses spare after covering VORs, they are allocated to the 4, presumably due to the fuel savings etc.

Still technically an odd working though, and you can add 28009(?) to the list of gas buses on the 4. I saw 28007 heading into the city while the other was heading out earlier this afternoon.

There was an Enviro 200 on the 12 in Sunderland

E200 36461 on 16:15 X34 from Newcastle. Ridiculous this time of day.

Seen a Dennis Dart on the 100 leaving the MetroCentre at around 3 today, think the Enviro 300 had broken down as it was parked in the bay.

Pointer Dart 35193 was on the "E" services, and an ADL E300 was on the 3/4/7/8 circuit.

From now on every time I ride on a South Shields Pointer Dart and MAN E200, I will have to assume its my last ride on those buses!

24109 turned up on the 36/37 mid-afternoon.

Thought only the MAN E200s had been mentioned as being replaced by the new batch when they arrive. No one knows yet what the other 5 to be relieved of duties are. remember there are 6 pointer darts and 14 E200 but only 19 new incoming

22037 on 100. I wouldn't recommend Slatyford losing an E400. The buses have been all over the place because of roadworks delays on the 62/63 at FLE without losing another one

12073 on 1 in bizarre circumstances. NIS on New Bridge Street then started going to Slatyford just now.

Although not odd or rare, 2 gas buses are out on the 4's today, one being 28007 currently at Southwick, which i'm on and the other is heading over the bridge in to the city centre... if anyone needs pictures!
