Are they copyrighted?

I see. Every day’s a school day as they say.

EXTREMELY lazy of the operator/designer. They could have at least swapped out the green bit for another colour.

They would be laughed out of the courtroom.

A contractor in Kent using a green swoosh on a bus that clearly doesn’t operate or is pretending to operate for Go Ahead. Just look at Aldi and their imitation is flattery approach
Wistfully stuck in the 90s

Because of the copyright claim or because of a certain fashionistas outfit? Maybe even both!

More than half the buses on the Angel today aren't Angelic (including a Versa)

2 of the Angels are covering on the X21 which would suggest Riverside have got Stevie Wonder on allocations again or there's a double deck shortage since the January changes

My money would be on Stevie Wonder doing allocations.

Since there are still services being cancelled at short-notice, presumably including an X45 I happened to be waiting for yesterday (cancelled or well over 30 mins late), there surely can't be a shortage of double-deckers.

EDIT: Not to mention there was a double-decker doing a poor impression of a Voltra on the 54 I saw whilst waiting at Central Station for the X45.

I fully agree. Arriva have been the worst example of misuse of branding for years.

In what sense. They had max and Sapphire and eco which half of them just fit every route. Gne have many many brand of which don't seem to stay allocated to their route
RE: Branding - Stay or go?
Only routes that should be branded are....

- CityLink - 21, 56
- CityConnEct - Q3, 53, 54
- COASTLINE (in conjunction with Arriva) - 306, 307, 308, 309.........and any route that runs out of Arriva's Blyth depot Big Grin !
- NE-Xpress - X10, X21
- X66 - Corporate base with basic route info

Everything else.....corporate!
RE: Branding - Stay or go?
I don’t think anything needs branding and the last few weeks have proven this. X21 is being run by literally anything, Crusaders and East Gateshead Riders in Brandon. Angels in Winlaton. Country Rangers on the 28/9, It makes no difference, it’s not going to grow numbers
