Anyway it has happened and it looks like the sorted out some of the scallys from S/S

Weird, I've never really had any bother in Shields. Houghton/Hetton and parts of east Gateshead are always the worst for us.

Looks like nothing more than a pie in the sky plan from McGuinness. Desperate to improve her non-record of action as PCC, ready for the upcoming Mayoral election.

Dishing out dispersal notices, either using a fleet car or by bus, does little to resolve the actual problem.
